Electric Sushi Rice Warmer / NV 35 (100V)

Essential for Good Sushi Rice “NV-35”

- NV-35 always Keep 37℃
- 37℃ is the key for good Sushi
- Normal body temperature is 36℃ ~ 37℃.
- Good Sushi should fix at body temperature.

**This product is Steam Type Warmer.
Make sure to put the warm water to outside pot until waterline mark.
Using without warm water can cause product failure.

(approximate water temp:)
For sushi rice,
- warm water than human Temp: (40℃ ~ 50℃)
For rice and soup,
- boiled hot water (90℃ ~ 100℃)

Discard hot water after use and wipe with a cloth.

Wooden frame and bottom wood are using the natural wood. Some shades of colors may occur according to a tree ring and section etc. But, they can use as usual. If you care about smell from the natural wood, sterilize by boiling it. The smell will reduce. Moreover, crack may occur due to the seasonal dry. To take care, place into the water for a while and then keep dry in shady place.
